APPOINTMENTS
We serve the Southern Crescent and the Atlanta area in 5 convenient locations. To schedule an appointment, please call our central scheduling office at 404-363-9944. In most cases, patients can be seen within 24 hours. Emergency visits will be seen within the same day.
HOURS
Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Each office has extended evening and alternating Saturday hours.
INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
We participate in most insurance plans, managed care, Medicare and Medicaid. Patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles or payment for services provided at time of visit. Some managed care plans require a referral from their primary care physician in order to be seen. Obtaining this referral is the responsibility of the patient. For your convenience, we accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
